Scope:This specification covers a corrosion and heat resistant nickel alloy in the form of bars, forgings, flash welded rings, and stock for forging or flash welded rings. 【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoindustrialmicrowaveheatingequipmentandinstallationsusedforthepurposeofthermalapplicationtoloadscontainingwaterormoisture.Theseapplicationscompriseheatinganddryingofpartiallyconductiveornon-conductivematerials,suchaswood,textiles,paper,foodstuffs,etc.,inbothnormalandprotectiveatmospheres,usingforexample,inertgas,vacuumorheatingmaterials,whichrespondtomicrowavesshowingheatingeffects.Forotherloads(forexample,plastics),thetestmethodsareunderconsideration.Thisstandardrelatestomicrowaveheatinginstallationsinthefrequencyrangefrom300MHzto300GHz.Thisstandardrelatestomicrowaveheatingequipmentnormallyoperatingundercontinuousratedconditions.Equipmentoperatingatthelowerrangeofthemicrowavefrequencyspectrum,i.e.between300MHzand600MHz,mayusevacuumtubesoralternativemicrowaveemitters.Ifthepoweroutputmeasurementsystemsspecifiedinthisstandardcannotbeappliedforparticularapplicationswithinthisfrequencyrange,thentheapplicablesystemswouldbethoseofIEC61308.Themainpurposeofthisstandardistospecifytestmethodsforindustrialmicrowaveheatinginstallations.Duetothelargevarietyofmicrowaveheatingapplications,anyoutputpowerobtainedasaresultofthesetestsshouldnotbetakenasrepresentingtheamountofpowerdissipatedinaparticularproductinaloadmicrowaveheatinginstallation,but,incertaininstances,theoutputpowercanbeusedasanindicationofperformance.
